This program is intended for persons who:

We offer physical training for group sessions, partner/couples sessions, or one on one training. We can travel to your home or host you at a public area or gym and we provide fully customized plans for optimal health and wellness. We provide a range of different types of training, including but not limited to Boot Camp, HIIT, Cardio, and Weightlifting. In addition to personal training and couples’ training, we offer fitness boot camp classes, speed and agility training for youths and adults, and customized sports-specific training including but not limited to Boxing, Football, Basketball, and Soccer. We are here to guide you to achieving the body and the health that you desire, whether its building muscle, toning your body, building stamina, or just losing weight. Sessions are tailored to meet your needs.Exercises are individually selected to improve daily activities and athletic performance.

Our fitness programs are not limited based on age. We have many programs for kids as young as 5, who are looking to enhance their fitness for sport or to get that extra energy under control, and up to seniors, who are looking to keep their bodies moving, flexible, and toned for a healthy lifestyle.

Nutritional Consultation and Program

Consultation involves building a detailed picture of your lifestyle, eating habits, medical history and any concerns about your Health.With this information we can work together to form an eating plan that suits your needs, your lifestyle and your daily commitments. We’ll help you identify and avoid unnecessary or harmful foods and enjoy an abundance of wonderful food that makes you feel good in body and in mind. You will also be advised on which vitamin and mineral supplements are best to top up the goodness of your food to provide complete nutrition. You will come away with a tailor-made plan of action knowing exactly what you need to eat, when you need to eat, and what to do next. PRICE: $150

Boot Camp Classes

These classes are group sessions in which you join in with other fitness seekers to obtain great health and physique. These sessions are 45 mins in length and will work your body for optimum performance. Three levels are incorporated into these workouts: beginner, moderate, and advanced. Whichever level you fall under, your body will thank you at the end of each session. PRICE: $50/month

Partner or Couples Session

This session is tailored to those who would like a private session experience but would like to share that experience with a friend or a significant other. The workouts are just as intense as having a 1 on 1 session but with the added motivation and competitive edge of a partner. These sessions are 45 mins in length and can be customized to whatever the needs of the tandem may be. Be prepared to become super fit – together. PRICE: $35 each/session

One on One Personal Training Session

This session is tailored made to fit your personal fitness and health needs. A free fitness assessment will be conducted which will include an understanding of what goals you are looking to accomplish. Then the work will begin on quickly getting you to your ultimate goals and beyond. You will be pushed and motivated to achieve the body, the performance, and the health you desire. Each session is from 45-60 mins in length. PRICE: $40/session, Home Visit: $50/session

Online Personal Training

Online Personal Training is the perfect solution for receiving the support and expertise of a personal trainer, but at a fraction of the cost of seeing them face to face. For just $40 a month you still get all the tools you would expect from a Personal Trainer, the only difference is it’s all done online. No matter whether you train at home or at the gym, or what your goals happen to be you can still reach them with an online personal trainer. PRICE: $30/month

Deep Tissue Massage

Whatever life throws at you, it’s the daily wear and tear that takes its toll on your body. And especially after dragging your body through almost an hour of constant movement, tension, and stress, a massage will definitely come in handy. Massage does more than just relax the body and calm the mind. Regular treatments give you the time to check in and tune up to help you be ready for your next workout session and for more of what you will continue to face in this wonderful thing we call life. PRICE: With Session – $40/hour, Without Session: $75/hour
