TRANSITION

As we enter into the era of Donald Trump being the President of the United States, let us all remember and keep in mind that it’s never about the man in the office but it’s about the people who governs. We are fortunate to live in a country of freedom who is governed by us, the people of this nation. We have the power to govern, to make changes, to makes sure that all freedoms and all justices are upkept.

Let us not down talk our authority, let us not waste the time in going back and forth with others on social media, but let us do our part in being teachers in our homes, become ambassadors of love and kindness in our communities so that we will all rise above ignorance and triumph in the light of pure humanity.

Human Decency

Where has the concept of human decency gone? We see in pockets worldwide but why is it so hard to find. Should it be automatic that every human being have a heart to do right by others?

But unfortunately, we know it to be true that human decency is far from the minds and the upbringing of a lot of us. It rottens to the core our foundation of who we are as human beings. It is leaving a sour taste and a foul odor within our society and unfortunately becoming the norm.

I am glad to announce that there is hope. Each and every one of us has a responsibility to allow the burning fire of human decency that has been threaded into our very being to ignite those whose fuses have been quenched from their upbringing and their environment.

A wild fire should blaze throughout mankind allowing our human decency to reign on a daily basis, reassuring the world that we are all in this thing called life together; no one left out, no one left behind, no one discriminated because of race, culture, or status. We are MANKIND!

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

We are now in the new year of 2017, a year of hope and new beginnings. 2016 was a difficult year for many in our nation and throughout the world. We have faced acts of violence, hatred, and deceit. We have endured through storms and other national and global disasters. But through it all, we have been blessed to see yet another year. This is the opportunity to inspire change, to implement change, and to start a movement of change. It starts with one; one who will carry the torch that will ignite a fire that will burn throughout an entire neighborhood, community, city, state, nation, and eventually the world.

Let us take a personal responsibility to not leave it up to anyone else to carry the torch but to become the pioneer of change within ourselves.
